Temporary Turn Associate - Office

Student housing turn season is one of the most compressed, high-volume periods in property management. During that window, office teams need extra hands to keep the move-in process from buckling under the volume.

PeakMade Real Estate is bringing on a temporary office associate at their student housing community in Allendale, Michigan to cover exactly that period. This is a short-term, high-activity role that supports the leasing office through turnover.

What the Work Looks Like

Most of your time will be spent at the front end of the resident experience during move-in and move-out. That means fielding questions from incoming and outgoing residents, helping the office team stay organized, and making sure administrative tasks don't fall through the cracks when traffic at the front desk spikes. You'll handle general office support as directed and treat every interaction with residents, vendors, and teammates professionally.

This isn't a role that requires prior property management experience. What it does require is the ability to stay composed when things get busy, pay attention to detail, and show up reliably. Hours run 32 to 40 per week, and weekend availability is expected during peak turn activity. Evening and weekend schedules can also be considered depending on your availability.
