What the Work Actually Looks Like

• Groundskeeping and general exterior upkeep
• Cleaning and cleaning checks on units
• Trash removal and property cleanliness tasks
• Supporting maintenance staff on unit turnovers and punch list items
• Operating company vehicles or equipment when applicable (valid driver's license may be required)
• Following safety protocols and communicating clearly with supervisors and team members

This is part-time, temporary work paying $13.00 per hour. The role is tied to turn season demand, so the schedule and task mix will shift based on where the property needs support most.
