What You'll Actually Do

Daily responsibilities center on keeping common areas clean and presentable from the start of every shift. That means walking assigned zones, collecting debris, pressure washing hardscape surfaces, cleaning windows, and working through scheduled checklists with attention to what's actually done versus what's just initialed. You'll stock and organize the cleaning supply room, track inventory, and handle chemicals according to safety protocols. When events come up, you'll support setup and breakdown on the ground level. You document anything that needs management attention: safety hazards, maintenance issues, equipment damage. At shift end, you complete required paperwork and hand off cleanly to the next shift.

This role also puts you in direct contact with residents, staff, and guests throughout the day. Greeting people professionally, responding to cleaning concerns as they come in, and staying composed in a high-traffic environment are all part of the job. Weekend availability is expected, especially around events or high-activity periods.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with no major violations
• Flexibility to work weekends and outside standard hours when needed
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Comfort working in variable conditions: heat, cold, outdoor exposure, cleaning chemicals
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize without close supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in all interactions with residents and staff
• Genuine attention to detail, not just speed
