What MG Properties is looking for

• At least two years of apartment maintenance experience, preferably on a property of 200 units or more
• Hands-on proficiency across trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC/AC, and general repairs
• Comfortable handling appliance repairs and unit turns independently
• Strong resident-facing communication and a team-oriented approach
• Reliable transportation and willingness to participate in on-call rotation

Pay runs $26 to $29 per hour depending on experience, with monthly bonuses and company profit sharing on top of base.
