Job Responsibilities:
 

Portfolio Community Association Manager
 

The Community Association Manager (CAM) is the key ambassador of RealManage.  He/she will provide management, direction, and leadership to ensure the successful daily operations of a portfolio of community associations delivers professional services and an exceptional customer experience in accordance with the service level agreement and in alignment with the company’s guiding principles.

 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working closely with the Board of Directors, developer, and/or builder to manage and operate the community, facilitate solutions to problems, and increase the home values of each community.

 

BASIC FUNCTION:

The role of the Senior Community Association Manager is to facilitate, organize and improve the quality and training of the new hire and incumbent employees with RealManage.  The focus will be to further strengthen the existing relationships with our Clients.  In addition, Senior Community Managers in this position will retain a portfolio of clients they will be responsible for managing.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide job training to new and experienced Community Managers. From acclimating new Managers to the RealManage environment to assisting experienced Managers with complex issues.
  • Create and foster more productive and efficient managers.
  • Demonstrate active involvement in division building activities including recruiting, training, performance management and morale.
  • Promote and maintain positive customer relations by providing first class customer service to all stakeholders and association clients, including any required corrective action.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Associate or higher degree highly preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs)preferred
  • CAI designation(s) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Must have valid Driver's License

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed.
  • Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
  • Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
  • Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings.
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required.

Pay and Benefits:

$87,000 to $91,000, depending on education and experience.
