What You'll Actually Do

This is a roving leasing role, which means you won't be anchored to a single property. Bozzuto is looking for a Leasing Consultant who can move fluidly across a portfolio spanning St. Petersburg, Tampa, and the broader Greater Tampa area. On any given day, you might be touring a prospect through one community in the morning and following up with leads for a different property in the afternoon. Flexibility and organization are prerequisites, not bonuses.

The core of the work is converting interest into signed leases. That means following up with every prospect, giving tours that feel personalized rather than scripted, and staying knowledgeable enough about each community in your rotation to speak to its specific neighborhood appeal. St. Pete and Tampa have distinct identities, and residents shopping in those markets know the difference. Strong candidates will quickly learn what makes each property's location compelling, whether that's proximity to the waterfront, walkability, or access to major employment corridors.

Beyond tours and follow-up, you'll also carry social media responsibilities. That includes creating and posting content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram to generate awareness and keep prospects engaged. The weekend schedule here is real and worth understanding upfront: three weekends per month on-site, with two weekdays off in exchange. That's industry-standard for leasing, but it's a lifestyle commitment you should plan around.

What You Bring

• Proven comfort in a customer-facing sales environment, ideally leasing or retail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor your pitch to different types of prospects
• Hands-on experience with social media content creation, specifically Instagram and Facebook
• Competency with property management software, CRMs, or similar platforms
• A polished, professional presentation and genuine comfort initiating conversations
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties across the Tampa Bay area

The posted salary range runs $47,000 to $49,000, with additional bonus eligibility, plus a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 20 days of PTO, a 401k with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
