You'll walk the tour path, amenity areas, and vacant apartments daily to confirm everything looks right before a prospect arrives or a new resident moves in. Package organization, community event planning, and some social media support round out the week.
Cottonwood operates self-guided tours across their portfolio, which means prospects may already be mid-tour when they reach you with questions. Knowing how to pick up that conversation, answer accurately, and keep the experience smooth is a real part of this job.
