Day to day, you'll diagnose maintenance issues, perform work yourself where it makes sense, and delegate to your team where it doesn't. You'll manage the service request workflow, coordinate scheduling with the property manager, run safety meetings, and keep records on preventive maintenance and expenditures. Multi-trade competency is expected. This is a working supervisor position, not a desk job with occasional walkthroughs.

• At least 2 years of experience in a Maintenance Supervisor capacity
• Prior experience at a property of 150 units or more
• Working knowledge across all major trades
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service orientation and comfort working as part of a team

Compensation lands at $35 to $36 per hour depending on experience, with monthly bonuses and company profit sharing on top of that.
