Spanish and English bilingual ability is preferred, which reflects the Miami market. Being able to communicate directly with residents in their preferred language speeds up service and builds real rapport.

What the Job Actually Asks of You

• 5 or more years in the trades, residential maintenance, or facilities management
• HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and risk management practices
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and property management technology platforms
• Physical ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds frequently and work in varying outdoor conditions
• Availability for an emergency on-call rotation, including weekends
