Keeping a 624-unit garden-style community performing well in that market means occupancy and NOI both depend, in part, on how fast and how cleanly your team executes turns and handles service requests.

What the Role Actually Requires

This is a hands-on supervisory position. Weinstein is specific about that. You'll work alongside your team, not just direct them. The technical baseline is real: HVAC diagnosis and repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, pool maintenance, and exterior structural work. EPA/CFC Universal or Type I and II certification is required before you start, not something you'll earn on the job here.

On the supervisory side, you'll coordinate daily workflows, manage vendor scheduling, oversee make-ready turns, and handle work order assignment through business software. With nine people reporting to you, your ability to triage competing priorities across a large property will matter as much as your trade skills. You'll also share on-call rotation with your teammates, and Weinstein pays a bonus for those weeks.

• Minimum 4 years of trade experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related disciplines
• At least 1 year in a lead, assistant supervisor, or supervisor role in apartment maintenance
• EPA/CFC certification (Type I and II or Universal) required
• Computer proficiency for work orders, supply ordering, and communication
• Valid driver's license, personal transportation, and your own tools
