JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the daily maintenance functions at his/her assigned properties, ensuring the physical condition of the property meets management objectives. The supervisor manages a team of workers, maintains equipment, regularly inspects the sites, assigns workers to various projects, and completes work orders as necessary. The purpose of this position is to ensure that the physical condition of the property meets management objectives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities related field. Budgeting and expense management experience a plus.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
WORK ENVIRONMENT
An individual working in this role must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing & walking; is routinely required to use hands, reach with hands and arms, bend, and use various machines and tools. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. Specific vision abilities are required for parts of the job to include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional exposure to loud noises from machinery & equipment. This position may require lifting up to 50 pounds. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required to travel to locations within the portfolio as required.
