That means common areas, hallways, parking structures, and outdoor grounds. Snow and ice clearing when the season calls for it. Trash and debris removal, including pet waste. Lawn and landscaping upkeep, watering, and general grounds care. You'll also assist the maintenance team with basic repairs and general tasks as needed, so some mechanical comfort helps even if this isn't a tech-heavy position. The expectation is that you manage your daily rounds with minimal supervision and bring a genuinely decent attitude when you cross paths with residents.

Qualifications
