What the Work Actually Looks Like

On a typical shift, you'll move through assigned common areas, lobbies, restrooms, and sidewalks, keeping everything clean and presentable according to daily checklists. Pressure washing, window cleaning, trash collection, and routine cleaning tasks make up the core of the work. When events or public gatherings are scheduled, you'll help with setup and breakdown, then handle the cleanup that follows. The schedule runs Wednesday through Sunday, so weekend availability is a genuine requirement, not a formality.

You'll track supply inventory, use cleaning chemicals according to safety protocols, and document any safety hazards or maintenance issues you spot during your rounds. At the end of each shift, you'll complete required paperwork and hand off clearly to the next shift. Covering for teammates during absences is part of the expectation.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with no major violations
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Comfort working outdoors in variable temperatures, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and dust

• Strong reliability and accountability, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
