Cortland at the Village in Smyrna, GA is looking for a Leasing and Sales Consultant to own the front-end of the leasing cycle at a community that sits within one of the more active suburban submarkets in metro Atlanta. This is a sales role. If you're more comfortable with paperwork than phone calls, it's probably not the right fit.

What You'll Actually Do

Your day runs on traffic and conversion. You'll work a pipeline of prospects through the CRM, following up consistently and moving leads toward signed leases. Consultative selling is the expectation here, meaning you're asking questions, identifying what a prospect actually needs, and matching them to the right unit rather than just reading off a rent sheet. You'll handle objections, track your own metrics, and stay accountable to occupancy and conversion KPIs.

Beyond closing leases, you'll manage the resident-facing experience through the move-in process, support community events and resident engagement programs, and keep the community's social media presence active. Cortland operates at a brand standard that expects a polished, consistent presentation across every touchpoint.
