Leasing Manager
Redstone ResidentialSkills This Role Runs On
This role lives at the intersection of sales, communication, and organization. The Leasing Manager at Redstone Residential spends a significant portion of each day talking to prospects, guiding tours, and following up through phone and email. Closing a lease requires reading people quickly, handling objections calmly, and keeping the process moving. If you're sharp on customer service and comfortable with digital tools, you'll find a lot of this work familiar from day one.
Redstone uses Entrata as its leasing platform, so comfort with property management software matters. You'll also work across Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social and online marketing channels to support traffic generation and SEO. These aren't back-office tasks. They're part of how the community hits its leasing numbers each month.
What You'll Manage Day to Day
The Leasing Manager reports to and supports the Community Manager, but this isn't a purely support role. You'll help run daily leasing operations, which includes prospect tours, lead follow-up, and renewal outreach. You'll track resident ledgers to confirm balances are accurate. You'll contribute to marketing efforts, both online and on-site, with the goal of hitting weekly and monthly occupancy targets.
You'll also play a role in staff motivation and team culture. Student and conventional housing communities move fast, especially around lease-up periods, and keeping the team focused during high-traffic weeks is part of the job. Resident satisfaction sits alongside leasing performance as a shared priority.
- Conduct tours and manage prospect communications across phone, email, and digital channels
- Execute renewal campaigns to maintain occupancy
- Monitor and maintain resident ledgers for accuracy
- Support social media and online marketing as directed
- Contribute to a positive team and resident experience
Working at Redstone
Redstone manages more than 38,000 beds across 20 states, with a portfolio that spans student housing and conventional multifamily. That scale means systems are built out, processes are defined, and there's real infrastructure behind the work. For a Leasing Manager, that translates to better tools, clearer expectations, and more career runway than you'd find at a smaller operator.
One honest note: student housing communities have concentrated leasing seasons, and the pace during peak periods is real. Candidates who handle high-volume traffic well and stay organized under pressure tend to do well here. The compensation for this role is $19.00 per hour, full-time non-exempt, with a benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401K with up to 6% matching, 15 days of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and paid parental leave.
The position is based in Provo, Utah, which is home to Redstone's headquarters and puts you close to the company's core operations.
