Leasing Manager

This position sits at the intersection of leasing performance and day-to-day operations, supporting the Community Manager across both.

What This Role Actually Covers

The focus is leasing, but the scope is broader than a standard leasing consultant position. You'll own daily leasing activity: prospect tours, phone and email follow-up, and working within Entrata's leasing workflow. You'll also help execute renewal campaigns and contribute to the marketing strategies that drive traffic. On the operational side, expect some involvement in resident ledger accuracy, collections support, and basic staff coordination. At $15/hour, this is a full-time, non-exempt role with a solid benefits package: health, vision, and dental, 15 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, 401(k) with up to 6% match, and paid parental leave.
