What You'll Actually Do

Copper Beech Statesboro serves the Georgia Southern University market, which means your leasing calendar runs on an academic rhythm. The biggest stretch of the year is Turn, when hundreds of residents cycle in and out within a compressed window and every task from touring to package retrieval to maintenance follow-up runs simultaneously. Outside of Turn, the role stays active: you'll lead property tours, field prospect inquiries, help execute resident engagement events, and keep the leasing office and common areas presentation-ready. You'll also support social media content and flag local marketing opportunities to the management team.

After-hours on-call rotation is part of the job. Lockouts happen, and you'll be expected to cover your share of them. That's a real commitment worth knowing upfront.
