A prospective resident walks in on a Saturday afternoon, unsure about floor plans, curious about the community, and hoping someone will actually take the time to answer their questions. That's your moment. As an Experience Team Member (ETM) at Summit on Juniper in Lebanon, NH, you're often the first and most memorable face of this student living community.
The Scion Group positions this role at the intersection of sales, marketing, resident engagement, and day-to-day property support. You'll give tours, follow up with prospective residents, and share feedback on objections and sales barriers with the management team. You'll help shape how the community shows up on social media and assist with planning and executing events that make residents feel at home.
The administrative side is real too. You'll manage package retrieval and logging, keep the office and common areas organized, and help coordinate maintenance requests so residents aren't left waiting. After-hours lockout duty is part of the rotation, so flexibility with your schedule genuinely matters here. Availability during summer, holidays, and turn periods is a firm requirement, not a preference.
Interpersonal skill is the real differentiator in this role. Technical knowledge of leasing software or property operations can be taught. The ability to read a hesitant prospect, diffuse a frustrated resident, or keep energy up during a busy turn weekend is harder to train. The candidates who do well here tend to be genuinely curious about people, not just going through the motions of a tour script.
Student housing operates on a different rhythm than conventional multifamily. Lease-up pressure concentrates around academic calendars, turn is intense and compressed, and your residents are navigating a big life transition at the same time they're deciding where to live. That context shapes almost every interaction you'll have. If you've worked in hospitality, retail, or campus life before, a lot of those instincts transfer directly.
This position requires eligibility to work in the United States. The Scion Group is not able to provide visa sponsorship.
