The Scion Group operates student housing communities across the country, and this Experience Team Member (ETM) role sits at the front line of that operation at Alight 12th Avenue in Norman, Oklahoma. The University of Oklahoma's enrollment drives consistent leasing traffic here, which means this isn't a slow, transactional leasing job. It moves.

The title says Leasing Consultant, but the work is broader than that. You'll give tours, handle resident questions, support social media content, help plan and run resident events, and cover after-hours lockout calls on rotation. Package logging, office upkeep, and maintenance request follow-ups are also part of the job. If you're looking for a role that's purely sales, this isn't it. If you want variety, it delivers.

Student housing has its own rhythm. The academic calendar dictates everything: fall move-in (Turn season) is the most demanding stretch of the year, with hundreds of residents arriving in a compressed window.
