That rhythm is the job. You're not a pure leasing role, and you're not a pure people manager. You're the operational anchor connecting on-site teams, the Home Base Director, and cross-functional departments including property management, neighborhood operations, and accounting. What You Bring to This Role

• At least three years of property management experience, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity
• Working knowledge of housing rental laws, fair housing compliance, and lease documentation standards
• Comfort with delinquency management, move-in/move-out auditing, and rental agreement processes
• Experience interviewing, training, and evaluating administrative staff
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments and with residents
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
