You'll spend most of your time on your feet, covering the property grounds on foot, scanning for trash, debris, and anything that makes the community look less than its best. Pressure washing, sweeping, basic gardening, window cleaning, and wiping down common area furniture are all regular tasks. You'll also handle general maintenance work tied to the grounds and exterior buildings.

Physical stamina matters here. You need to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, work in varied terrain, and stay productive through long stretches of standing and walking. Heat is a real factor in Frisco summers, so the ability to pace yourself and stay focused in outdoor conditions is part of the job.

What the Schedule Looks Like

This position includes on-call availability for nights, weekends, and company events. That's standard for grounds roles at apartment communities. If consistent weekday-only hours are a priority, this may not be the right fit.
