What You'll Actually Do

This is an evening shift role, Monday through Friday, 4pm to midnight, at a Class A residential community in Rockville managed by Comstock. The hours matter: you're the face of the building during the time residents are actually home. That means handling a steady stream of arriving residents, guests, and deliveries, coordinating amenity reservations, managing the loading dock and elevator scheduling, and keeping the lobby looking the part throughout the night. You'll field phone calls, respond to resident concerns, and make judgment calls about building access every single shift.

Daily building walks are part of the rhythm. You're flagging maintenance items, straightening common areas, and doing the small things that keep a Class A property feeling like one. The work is more active than a typical front desk job, and the pace picks up around dinner hours when foot traffic peaks.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year in a concierge or high-end customer service role, preferably in residential property, hospitality, or a similarly guest-facing environment
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work holidays and pick up additional shifts when the schedule requires it
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the instinct to handle difficult situations with composure
• Trustworthy and accountable, two qualities that matter especially when you're working largely unsupervised on an evening shift
