Core responsibilities include pressure washing assigned areas, window cleaning, trash removal, and keeping janitorial closets and storage areas organized and hazard-free. You'll follow cleaning schedules and checklists, document any safety concerns or maintenance issues you spot, and coordinate handoffs at the end of your shift. When events or public gatherings happen on-site, you'll support setup and breakdown as needed, which can occasionally extend into weekends or after-hours.

The role reports into the Senior Operations Manager on the janitorial side and sits within the broader ParkX operations team. You'll interact daily with property staff, tenants, and visitors, so a professional, courteous presence matters as much as the cleaning work itself.
