Evening Resident Experience Associate

A resident walks in at 9 PM carrying groceries, looking frazzled after a long commute. You remember her name, ask about her dog, and offer to help track down the package she's been waiting for. That moment is the job, repeated in dozens of small ways across every shift.

What the Role Covers

This is an evening position, Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM, at a Bozzuto community in North Bethesda. The hours matter because you're catching residents at the end of their day, when impressions are made quickly and patience runs thin. Your job is to make that transition from commute to home feel genuinely welcoming.

On the leasing side, you'll follow up with prospects, coordinate tours with the broader leasing team, and work to convert interest into signed leases. You'll also take point on resident engagement, which means planning and running community events that actually get people off their couches. Social media content, online reviews, and brand awareness are part of the mix too.

The operational side of the role is real and ongoing: front desk logs, package room organization, club room and freight elevator reservations. During the holidays, package volume gets heavy, and staying organized under that pressure is part of the job. You'll also cover for teammates when needed and be expected to obtain a leasing license within your first 90 days.

What You Bring

• At least two years in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with software, apps, and general computer programs
• An eye for detail and a genuine instinct for anticipating what people need
• A polished, professional presence
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

The compensation for this role is $23.08 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 20 days of paid time off plus holidays, a 401k with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
