Evening Concierge

What You'll Actually Do

This is the Monday through Friday, 3PM to 11PM shift, which means you're covering the hours when the building truly comes alive. Residents are returning from work, packages are stacking up at the front desk, guests are arriving, and the common spaces are in active use. You're the consistent face during all of it. You handle front desk operations, manage package room organization, coordinate club room and freight elevator reservations, and field whatever residents need as the evening unfolds. You also plan and execute resident events that build genuine community, not just a sign-in sheet and some appetizers.

Bozzuto puts real weight on the concierge role as a driver of resident satisfaction and retention. That means you're expected to know residents by name, learn their preferences, and personalize every interaction. You'll also help generate positive online visibility by encouraging happy residents to share their experiences on social platforms, and you'll contribute to the community's social media presence yourself.

What You Bring

• At least two years working in hospitality, retail, hotel, or a similar customer-facing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to handle sensitive situations with composure
• Comfort with software, apps, and property management tools used at the front desk
• A sharp, professional presentation that reflects the quality of the community
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, which becomes relevant quickly during peak delivery seasons
• Genuine attentiveness to detail, especially in keeping logs, reservations, and front desk records accurate

The salary range for this position is $48,000 to $51,500, with eligibility for additional bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 20 days of paid time off plus holidays, a 401k with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
