This is the Monday through Friday, 3PM to 11PM shift, which means you're covering the hours when the building truly comes alive. Residents are returning from work, packages are stacking up at the front desk, guests are arriving, and the common spaces are in active use. You're the consistent face during all of it. You handle front desk operations, manage package room organization, coordinate club room and freight elevator reservations, and field whatever residents need as the evening unfolds. You also plan and execute resident events that build genuine community, not just a sign-in sheet and some appetizers.
Bozzuto puts real weight on the concierge role as a driver of resident satisfaction and retention. That means you're expected to know residents by name, learn their preferences, and personalize every interaction. You'll also help generate positive online visibility by encouraging happy residents to share their experiences on social platforms, and you'll contribute to the community's social media presence yourself.
Falls Church sits in one of the more competitive Class A rental submarkets in Northern Virginia. Properties in this corridor compete hard on resident experience, and concierge quality is a real differentiator. Bozzuto manages a significant share of upscale multifamily in the DC metro region, and their communities tend to attract residents with high service expectations. The evening shift in particular requires someone who can handle the pace of post-5PM traffic without losing the warmth and attentiveness that defines the role.
What separates strong candidates here from average ones isn't just friendliness. It's anticipation. The best concierges in this type of environment notice what a resident needs before being asked, remember small details from previous conversations, and treat every interaction as an opportunity to reinforce why someone chose to live there. That instinct, more than any specific credential, is what Bozzuto is hiring for in this role.
The salary range for this position is $48,000 to $51,500, with eligibility for additional bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 20 days of paid time off plus holidays, a 401k with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
