Evening Concierge

West Palm Beach draws a particular kind of resident: people who expect a certain standard and notice when it slips. The Evening Concierge role at Bozzuto's community here is built around that reality. You're the face of the building from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, which means you're on during the hours that matter most to residents. They're coming home from work, picking up packages, heading out for the evening, and occasionally dealing with something that went sideways. You're the person they see first and the one they expect to have answers.

This is a hospitality role more than a property role. The work involves solving problems on the spot, planning and executing resident events, keeping the front desk and package room organized, and managing reservations for shared spaces. Bozzuto also expects you to have a presence on social media, generating interest and engagement for the community, and to encourage satisfied residents to leave reviews. It's a varied shift, and no two evenings are identical.

The honest version of this job includes the occasional difficult interaction. Residents who've had a bad day bring it to the desk. Packages go missing during the holiday crunch. Freight elevator scheduling creates friction. None of that is dramatic, but it's real, and the people who do well here are the ones who can absorb those moments without letting them affect the next interaction.

What separates a strong candidate from an average one is memory and attentiveness. Bozzuto explicitly values knowing residents by name, knowing their preferences, knowing their pets. That sounds like a small thing until you realize how rarely it happens in most buildings. If you've worked in a hotel, boutique retail, or any service environment where repeat customers were the norm, you already know how much that kind of recognition matters.

What You Bring

• At least two years in hospitality, retail, hotel, or travel environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with software, apps, and standard computer programs
• A professional appearance and a genuine interest in people
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (package volume gets real in December)
• An eye for detail and a habit of anticipating needs before they're voiced

The pay range for this position is $20 to $22 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities. Bozzuto offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, 20 days of paid time off plus holidays, a 401k with company match, and tuition reimbursement. This is a Monday through Friday evening shift, with occasional weekend availability depending on scheduling needs.
