Bozzuto's Portland community is hiring a daytime concierge to cover the 7am to 3pm shift, Monday through Friday. The pay range runs $25.50 to $31.25 per hour, with bonus opportunities on top of that.

The front desk is the center of gravity for this role. You're the first face residents and prospects see when they walk through the door, and that first impression sets the tone for everything else. Strong concierges here learn names fast, including pets, and they make every interaction feel personal rather than transactional. That's not a soft skill. At a Bozzuto property, it's the job.

Day-to-day, you'll field resident requests and troubleshoot problems, keep front desk logs and package intake organized, manage club room reservations and freight elevator scheduling, and plan community events that actually get people to show up. You'll also handle social media posts to drive awareness and encourage satisfied residents to leave reviews. During peak seasons, package volume gets heavy, so expect to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.

The candidate who fits this role well usually comes out of hospitality, hotel, or retail. Two or more years in a customer-facing environment is the baseline. What separates strong applicants is the ability to shift gears quickly: one minute you're resolving a package mix-up, the next you're helping a prospect visualize living there. That range, and staying composed through all of it, is what the role actually demands.
