This is a remote customer support role sitting inside one of the larger third-party management operations in the country. Asset Living runs a wide portfolio spanning multifamily, single-family rentals, student housing, affordable, and build-to-rent, so the calls you field will cover a real range of situations. You're the first voice a resident, applicant, or partner hears. You'll handle a high volume of inbound inquiries, work through issues on the spot or route them to the right department, and keep things moving without letting the pace affect your professionalism.
Beyond phones, the role carries some administrative weight: word processing, spreadsheet work, formatting reports and presentations, and booking travel arrangements through platforms like Concur. That last piece is a genuine requirement here, not an afterthought. If you've never touched a travel and expense platform before, that's worth noting before you apply.
Day to day, you're also expected to spot patterns. If the same issue keeps surfacing across calls, the expectation is that you flag it up the chain. That kind of awareness separates someone who handles tickets from someone who actually improves the operation over time.
Third-party management at scale means the support function touches a lot of different property types and client expectations at once. The candidate who does well here tends to be someone who stays organized when the queue is deep, doesn't need much hand-holding on tone and professionalism, and treats the administrative side of the job with the same care as the calls. Bilingual ability is listed as preferred, and in a portfolio this broad, it's genuinely useful rather than a checkbox.
Asset Living holds an AMO designation through IREM and ranks in the NMHC top 50, which reflects the size and seriousness of the operation you'd be supporting. This is a fully remote position with no travel requirement.
