Community Manager - Lakeside Place

The Community Manager role sits at the center of how a multifamily property actually performs. Leasing, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, compliance, team development: all of it converges in this position, which makes it one of the most skill-compounding jobs in residential property management. CloudTen Residential, a Nevada-based multifamily operator with a portfolio spanning hotel-to-residential conversions, high-rise lease-ups, and value-add repositioning projects across the West, is hiring a Community Manager for Lakeside Place in Bend, Oregon.

What This Role Covers Day to Day

Reporting to a Regional Manager, you'll carry full operational responsibility for the property. That means overseeing delinquency, managing rent collection in accordance with Oregon landlord-tenant law, and keeping the books aligned with company accounting procedures. Budget monitoring and expense control fall on your desk, and you'll be expected to flag cost-saving opportunities as they surface in the day-to-day operations.

On the leasing side, you'll keep occupancy healthy by promoting available units, running showings, and managing renewal outreach to support resident retention. You'll analyze local market conditions and adjust pricing and concessions accordingly, keeping your community competitive without eroding NOI unnecessarily.

Personnel management is a real part of this job. You'll hire, train, and evaluate the on-site team, and you'll be responsible for building the kind of cohesion that shows up in resident satisfaction scores. Regular property inspections, move-in and move-out protocols, and service request follow-through (the target window is 24 to 48 hours) round out the operational picture.

• Two or more years of property management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, ADA requirements, and Oregon landlord-tenant law
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and at least one property management software platform
• Strong financial literacy, including budget preparation and basic accounting principles
• High school diploma required; college coursework or a degree is preferred
