What You'll Actually Do

At Olympus Las Colinas, the Assistant Manager sits at the intersection of resident experience and property financials. On any given day, that means posting rent, reconciling deposits before bank close, and reviewing move-out condition reports to get final account statements out accurately and on time. Delinquency doesn't wait, and neither does this role.

You'll keep resident files current, handle confidential records with care, and make sure every dollar collected hits the operations system correctly. When the Property Manager is out, you run the show. That includes fielding resident complaints, coordinating with the leasing team, walking make-ready units before move-in to catch punch list items, and keeping an eye on what's happening in the Las Colinas submarket: new lease-up activity nearby, competing concessions, hiring trends that drive renter demand in the area.

You'll also step into a leasing support role when traffic picks up. Showing units, supporting retention efforts, and participating in community events are part of the job, not exceptions to it. The role requires weekend availability on the first weekend of each month and some flexibility for after-hours resident events.

What You Bring

• Prior onsite experience as an Assistant Manager or a cross-trained Leasing Consultant
• Hands-on familiarity with RealPage, Onesite, or Knock (strongly preferred)
• Comfort handling collections, deposits, and financial recordkeeping with accuracy
• Ability to assess move-out conditions and document apartment disposition properly
• Strong attention to detail on both the people side and the numbers side of operations
• Clear communication when escalating liability claims or legal matters to the Property Manager or Regional
