Olympus Property is hiring an Assistant Manager for Avenue 25 in Phoenix, a full-time onsite position that sits at the intersection of financial accountability and resident relations. You'll handle daily rent collection and ensure all deposits hit before bank close, maintain accurate resident and financial records, and step into the Business Manager seat when they're out. Delinquency doesn't wait, and neither does this role.

You'll also carry leasing responsibilities when the team needs coverage. That means showing units, supporting retention efforts, and participating in community events, some of which fall after standard hours or on the first weekend of the month. Inspecting make-ready apartments before move-in is part of your regular cadence, and you'll process final account statements when residents move out, including assessing unit conditions and coordinating disposition paperwork.

Staying current on the Phoenix submarket matters here. New construction, nearby retail shifts, and hiring trends in the area all feed into occupancy decisions, and Olympus expects their onsite teams to bring that awareness into daily operations.

• Prior onsite experience as an Assistant Manager or a cross-trained Leasing Consultant at an apartment community
• Familiarity with RealPage, Knock, or Onesite (strongly preferred)
• Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility for after-hours events and first-weekend coverage
• Comfort handling both financial recordkeeping and face-to-face resident interactions on the same shift
• Detail orientation around deposits, compliance, and file integrity

Pay runs $22 to $24 per hour depending on experience, with monthly renewal incentives and quarterly bonuses on top of base.
