Assistant General Manager

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in property management, hospitality, or retail
• At least two years working in one of those industries
• Hands-on exposure to rent collection, budgets, and accounts receivable
• Comfort with Yardi or comparable property management software
• Active presence on social platforms with the ability to create content that reflects the community's brand
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A real estate license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire where required

The salary range for this position is $66,500 to $75,000, with additional bonus opportunities on top of base. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 20 days of paid time off plus holidays, a 401k with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
