What You Bring

• Prior experience as a maintenance or service technician in a residential or similar setting

• HVAC certification, CMRP, or equivalent credential (preferred but not a hard stop)
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted and stay on your feet for extended shifts
• Clear communication, both with residents who may be frustrated and with a team that depends on accurate handoffs
