Apartment Maintenance Technician

The core of this job is split between reactive and preventive work. On the reactive side, you're responding to resident maintenance requests and emergency calls, which means rotating on-call shifts are part of the deal. Make-ready work is also in scope. When a unit turns, you clean and prep it for the next resident, working through a punch list to get the space in move-in condition. That requires attention to detail and the ability to move efficiently through a unit without missing anything.

Physical requirements are real. You'll be on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 70 pounds unassisted. Dexterity matters for detailed repair work. Communication matters too because you're relaying status updates to residents and coordinating with the team.
