The Manager in Training position gives you hands-on learning, support from a strong team, and a clear path to becoming a future property manager.
Pay
$20.50-25.50 hourly + Quarterly Bonuses.
AppFolio experience is a plus.
What You Will Learn & Do
• Run daily property operations
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts
• Work with residents and handle questions with care
• Walk the property and support upkeep
• Assist with work orders and maintenance follow-up
• Lead tours and welcome new residents
• Learn Fair Housing and company policies
• Grow your leadership confidence each week
