What You'll Be Managing

Day-to-day, this role covers the full scope of property operations at Summer Park. That means overseeing both the office and maintenance functions, staying close to resident communication, and keeping vendor relationships productive. You'll lead the on-site team, which requires you to hold people accountable without micromanaging, a skill that takes real practice to develop well.

  • Minimum three years of property management or closely related experience
  • Demonstrated strength in leasing, sales, or customer service
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
  • NALP designation preferred
  • Familiarity with Entrata Core is a plus
  • REIT experience preferred
