Roofstock's short-term rental division is hiring a Hospitality Coordinator to work on the ground in the Isle of Palms market, keeping a portfolio of vacation homes ready for every guest arrival. At $22.50 an hour with a $135 monthly car allowance and $100 toward tools and equipment, this is a field-based, full-time position that requires real availability: weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings. Two days off each week, but the schedule rotates around guest traffic, not a standard Monday through Friday calendar.

The work itself sits at the intersection of property care and hospitality operations. You'll run pre- and post-stay inspections, restock consumables, handle light maintenance (bulb swaps, TV resets, minor repairs), support turnovers, and respond when something goes wrong mid-stay. Think of it as a blend of property caretaker, runner, and front-desk coverage. You'll document everything through task management software and flag homes that show unusual supply burn or recurring issues. Occasionally you'll handle inbound and outbound calls with guests and owners, and assist Hospitality Managers with dispatching during off-peak hours.

Success in this role gets measured concretely: guest review scores averaging above 4.8, inspection completion rates, task accuracy, and how consistently your assigned homes meet what the team calls FCS readiness (functional, clean, stocked).
