Multi-Site Maintenance Technician (59279 & 59280)

Multi-site maintenance work in Los Angeles asks more of a technician than single-property work does. You're splitting your time between two communities, managing your own schedule across locations, and staying on top of work orders at both sites without letting either one slip. That's the reality of this role at Cirrus Asset Management, covering Magnolia on Lake (46 units) and Chancellor Apartments (101 units).

What the Work Actually Looks Like

The core of this position is keeping two properties running: completing work orders on time, turning units within five days of move-out, and staying ahead of systems issues before residents notice them. That means electrical repairs, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, painting interior and exterior surfaces, and keeping locks, doors, and closers functional. You'll also handle compliance documentation for fire extinguishers, suppression systems, and building alarms, which is paperwork most technicians don't love but that genuinely matters when inspectors show up.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with pay ranging from $25 to $26 per hour. The role does require travel between properties as needed, so your own reliable transportation is a practical necessity, not a formality.

Who Fits This Role

• At least one year of hands-on maintenance technician experience
• Solid working knowledge of general maintenance processes across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Comfort with tools, common appliances, and manual repair work
• Strong time management, because two properties means two sets of deadlines running simultaneously
• High school diploma
• Any relevant certifications (HVAC, CMRP, or similar) carry real weight here
