What You'll Actually Do

The work here covers the full cycle of apartment maintenance. You'll handle service requests across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, perform appliance repairs, paint, and manage turns from punch list to completion. Grounds, common areas, and offices also fall under your care. On-call rotation is part of the job, which means occasional after-hours calls are a real expectation, not a footnote.

Turns are where a technician's skills become especially visible. A tight make-ready process directly affects occupancy, and a tech who can move efficiently through a unit while keeping quality high is genuinely valuable to any site team. What You Bring

• At least two years of apartment maintenance experience, ideally on a property of 200 units or more
• Working knowledge across trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Reliable personal transportation
• Availability for on-call rotation
