Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs thoroughly and within expected timeframes
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor on inventory levels for parts, tools, and supplies
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance per manufacturer specs and operating manuals
• Assist with turn events, including make-ready work during the summer peak period
• Maintain pool chemical logs and handle pool cleaning and upkeep
• Inspect grounds and buildings regularly to identify liability concerns before they escalate
• Adhere to the company's safety and hazard communications programs
• Contribute to the cleanliness of common areas, the office, and model units

You'll need reliable transportation and must live within 30 miles of the property. Weekend and holiday availability is part of the schedule, not the exception.
