CPO certification is a plus if pool maintenance is part of the property's scope.

The physical side of this role is real and worth knowing upfront. You'll be on your feet most of the day, climbing stairs and ladders, working in tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs. That's routine, not occasional. You'll also carry on-call rotation responsibilities, meaning after-hours emergency calls are part of the job. The Service Manager provides support during those calls, which matters when something complicated comes up at an inconvenient hour, but you'll still need to be reachable and ready to respond.

A valid driver's license is required. Strong English communication skills are necessary for resident interactions and for accurately processing work orders and safety documentation.
