Maintenance Technician

You'll work closely with the property management team, supporting them in upholding community standards and making sure safety protocols are consistently followed. What You Bring

• At least one year of hands-on maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting
• Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building upkeep
• Comfort with basic computer use and related applications for work order systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A flexible, self-directed approach to daily tasks and shifting priorities
