What you bring

• Comfort with basic computer use, including maintenance software and mobile apps for service tickets
• Strong communication skills and a professional presentation when interacting with residents
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

The salary range for this role sits at $49,000 to $50,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities available.
