This is a full-cycle maintenance position at a residential apartment community. Day to day, you'll work through service requests across plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and pool or spa equipment. When a unit turns, you're handling the make-ready: drywall patching, painting, rough carpentry, and whatever punch list items stand between a vacant unit and a new resident moving in. You're also responsible for curb appeal and the physical integrity of the property, which means flagging potential liabilities and recommending improvements before small issues compound into capital expenses. Pay runs up to $26 per hour depending on experience and certifications, and the schedule is guaranteed full-time at 40 hours per week.
