What the Work Actually Looks Like

Paragon Properties is hiring a Maintenance Custodian for their Clinton Township community. This is a Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm position. No nights, no weekends, no on-call rotation. That's worth saying plainly, because a lot of maintenance roles come with after-hours obligations baked in. This one doesn't.

Day to day, you're keeping the property clean, safe, and functional. That means common area cleaning, trash removal, basic repairs, and light groundskeeping work as needed. You'll use hand and power tools, handle cleaning chemicals correctly, and stay on top of whatever the property throws at you without needing someone to tell you what to do next. Self-direction matters here. The property doesn't stop generating work, and the expectation is that you'll manage your time and tasks without constant supervision.

Pay runs up to $20 per hour depending on experience. What You Bring

• Experience with cleaning and light maintenance tasks

• Ability to work independently and stay productive without close supervision
