What the Work Actually Looks Like

You're responsible for common areas: lobbies, hallways, restrooms, sidewalks, and public spaces. Daily cleaning checklists guide your shift, but you also respond to issues as they come up. Pressure washing, window cleaning, trash collection, and routine maintenance tasks are all part of the rotation. When events are scheduled, you help with setup and breakdown. You track supply inventory, report equipment damage, and document any safety hazards you spot before they become bigger problems.

You'll be in uniform, on-site before your shift starts, and working with a team that includes property managers, residents, and visitors throughout the day. The Senior Operations Manager sets priorities. You execute them cleanly and on time. End-of-shift documentation and a proper handoff to the next person keep operations running without gaps.

Weekend availability is required, especially during high-traffic periods or events. This isn't a Monday-through-Friday desk job.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with no major violations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
