Leasing Specialist - Part-Time

Redstone Residential runs a large book of business: more than 38,000 beds across 20 states, split between student housing and conventional multi-family. They're one of the bigger third-party student housing operators in the country, and their conventional portfolio is growing. This part-time leasing role sits at their Logan, Utah community and pays $18.00 per hour with performance bonuses on top.

The day-to-day is front-desk focused. You'll greet prospects and residents, handle package intake, keep the lobby running smoothly, and answer questions as they come in. When the leasing team needs support, you step in: tours, application processing, and whatever else moves traffic through the door. The role is part-time, so the hours flex, but the expectation around reliability and consistency doesn't.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency: email, correspondence, data entry
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar PM software (preferred, not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Calm and dependable under pressure
