Leasing Professional - Multi site - Wedekind, Patton, and Linden Apartments
CloudTen ResidentialA prospective resident calls about a one-bedroom at Wedekind while you're finishing a move-in walkthrough at Linden. You wrap the walkthrough, flag a punch list item for maintenance, then head to Patton for an afternoon showing. That's the shape of a normal day in this role.
What This Role Actually Involves
CloudTen Residential manages a varied portfolio across the West, and this multi-site leasing position covers three of their Reno, NV communities: Wedekind, Patton, and Linden Apartments. You'll rotate between locations based on traffic and team needs, which means you genuinely need to be comfortable working independently and transitioning quickly between different site cultures, staff dynamics, and resident populations.
The core of the work is leasing: answering calls, conducting tours, handling objections, securing deposits, and following up with undecided prospects. But this isn't a single-property role where you can rely on a tight-knit on-site team to catch things you miss. You'll process applications, prepare and execute lease paperwork, assist with move-in and move-out inspections, and field maintenance requests at whichever property you're covering. When you're on-site, you're also keeping an eye out for anything that affects curb appeal or resident safety and flagging it accordingly.
CloudTen pays between $19.00 and $21.00 per hour depending on experience, and leasing bonuses are available at your assigned properties. A valid driver's license in good standing is required since you'll be traveling between sites regularly.
Who Fits Well Here
Strong candidates for a multi-site leasing role tend to have sharper organizational habits than their single-property peers. You're managing relationships across three communities simultaneously, which means things fall through the cracks if you're not disciplined about follow-up and documentation. Lease-up experience is a real advantage here because it builds the kind of sales fluency and urgency that multi-site work rewards.
Here's what CloudTen is specifically looking for:
- 1 to 2 years of leasing or property management experience, with lease-up background strongly preferred
- At least 2 years of sales experience in any context
- Familiarity with OneSite or Entrata property management software
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Comfort with Fair Housing regulations and related compliance requirements
The self-sufficiency piece matters more than it might on a larger, fully staffed property. You'll sometimes be the only CloudTen representative a resident interacts with for days at a stretch. The ability to project warmth, professionalism, and competence without needing a manager nearby is genuinely useful here.
One thing worth knowing: multi-site leasing roles like this one are solid stepping stones toward a Community Manager position, especially for candidates who build relationships across multiple teams and demonstrate they can manage the operational details at each property, not just the leasing side. Getting exposure to different communities, asset classes, and management styles in a condensed period tends to accelerate that path.
