What the Role Actually Covers

Prometheus calls this position a Neighbor Ambassador rather than a Leasing Consultant, and the distinction reflects how the company operates. You're not just working the leasing funnel. You're managing the full prospect-to-resident experience: guiding future residents through tours and applications, preparing rental agreements, running market surveys, and generating community reports. On any given weekend, you might work through a wave of traffic in the morning, handle a lease signing before lunch, and close the day updating ad listings and reviewing occupancy numbers. Weekends are the high-traffic window for this portfolio, so your schedule will consistently include Saturday and Sunday, with weekday time off in exchange.

Compensation and Incentives

  • Base pay: $25.00 to $28.75 per hour
