At Alight Fullerton, that cycle is constant, and the Experience Team Member role sits right at the center of it.

Scion is one of the larger purpose-built student housing operators in the country, and this part-time position at their Fullerton property is a ground-level leasing and customer experience role. The title is Experience Team Member, but the work is real leasing work: tours, follow-up, sales conversations, handling objections, and feeding intel back to the management team about what's stalling conversions. You're also the face of the community on social platforms and at resident events, which matters in student housing where peer referrals and Instagram presence actually move traffic.

What the Day-to-Day Actually Looks Like

On a typical shift, you might open the office, walk the clubhouse and amenity spaces to make sure they're presentable, and then run back-to-back tours with prospective residents or their parents. Package logging, maintenance request coordination, and leasing admin fill the gaps. There's an after-hours on-call rotation for lockouts, so flexibility isn't just a preference; it's a real requirement. The role ramps up hard during Turn, the period between leases when units flip for incoming residents, and availability during summers and holidays is expected.
